The agreement, in language you can read.

1. Who you are agreeing with

Yazyk is operated by Tymeless Technologies LLC ("Yazyk", "we", "us"). "You" means the organization or person using the software.

Installing or running Yazyk means you accept this page, the licensing page, and the privacy page. The three are one agreement, and the date at the top of each says which version you are reading.

2. The service is in preview

Yazyk is early software. Paid plans are not open, nothing can be charged today, and features change. The prices shown on the pricing page are the terms we intend to launch with, published so you can see them coming; they are not an offer you can accept and they may change before billing opens. We may alter or withdraw parts of the service while it is in preview. If we introduce charging, we will publish the terms of that change before any money is due, and you will not be billed for anything that happened before it.

3. What Yazyk is, and what it is not

Yazyk performs machine translation of live speech and produces synthesized audio and captions. It is not a certified human interpreter and its output is not a certified translation.

• Do not use Yazyk where a mistranslation carries legal, medical, financial, or safety consequences.
• Same-language captions are an accessibility feature rather than translation.
• Translation quality depends on the audio you supply, the speakers, and third-party speech services.

4. Your audio and the people in the room

You are responsible for having the right to process the audio you feed into Yazyk, including the speech of anyone who can be heard on that feed. You are responsible for telling the people in your building that speech is being machine translated and processed by third-party speech services. Where a person's voice is cloned, you are responsible for that person's agreement.

5. Permission to process your audio

So that we can actually run the service, you give us and the speech services we call the permission needed to capture, transmit, recognize, translate, synthesize, and log your audio, and to create a voice from a reference you supply. That permission exists only to run your event and produce your receipt. It does not let us publish your content, sell it, share it beyond those services, or use it to train models, and it ends when you stop using Yazyk.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not clone a voice without the permission of the person it belongs to.
• Do not use Yazyk to make anyone appear to say something they did not say.
• Do not resell, sublicense, or run Yazyk as a service for organizations outside your own. See the licensing page.
• Do not attempt to bypass metering or licensing, or to overload the service.
• Do not use Yazyk for anything unlawful.

7. Availability

There is no uptime guarantee and no service level agreement. Interruptions happen, and the event receipt is where you see them: coverage, listener delay, translated speech, and every recorded outage with its time and duration. Yazyk depends on third-party speech services and on your own hardware, network, and audio path, and a failure in any of those is a failure of the service.

8. Charges

Billing is not live. When it launches, usage will be counted in language-hours as described on the pricing page: translated speech accrues usage, while silence and time when the pipeline is down do not.

9. Third-party services

Yazyk calls third-party speech recognition and synthesis services to do its work. Those services have their own terms, and their outages, limits, and changes affect what Yazyk can deliver.

10. Ending it

You may stop using Yazyk at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if a third-party service makes provision impossible, or if we withdraw the preview. The sections on warranties, liability, and what you cover survive the end of this agreement.

11. No warranty

Yazyk is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of translation, and uninterrupted operation. This does not exclude anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Tymeless Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost revenue, or loss arising from translation errors, missed translation, or service interruption. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim, which during the preview is zero.

13. What you cover

If someone brings a claim against us because of the content you put through Yazyk or the way you used it, you cover it. That includes claims about recording or broadcasting without permission, about a person's voice or likeness, about copyright in the material spoken or played, and about use that breaks acceptable use. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and will not settle it without asking you.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Tymeless Technologies LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. Claims arising out of these terms belong in the state or federal courts sitting in Wyoming, and both of us agree to that.

If you are outside the United States, this does not take away a protection your own local consumer law gives you and does not allow us to contract out of one.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page changes when we do, and material changes will be sent to the contact address on your account before they take effect.
